Set of 4 cards using "AMERICAN SUN" Fun Stampers Journey stamp

Happy Saturday Everyone! I recently purchased some stamp sets from a friend.   She had told me that she was going to hold up mailing out the package for a few days so she could put a surprise in it.. Well..  it arrived today and in it was a sweet surprise ~ a stamp from Fun Stampers Journey called American Sun (that is linked to my friends FSJ page ~ it's retiring and is marked down so get it before it's gone) .     Oh my goodness..  I couldn't get it out of the package fast enough and inked up.   I stamped it four times and then set out to make four cards.  These are the cards I made.

MOJO445 "SOME DAYS YOU JUST HAVE TO CREATE YOU OWN SUNSHINE" card Sunny Studio *w/measurements

Happy Thursday Everyone!!  Thursday is my day to post my Guest Designer post for Tupelo Designs LLC.  ~ using that link earns me points and  you 10% off your first order ~ and did you know that if you are in the U.S. shipping is FREE!!  Canada FREE with $50 order and all others countries are FREE with $75 order ~ wowzers!!

For my card I used a new to me stamp company called ~ Sunny Studio ~ I used the Sunny Sentiments stamp set and coordinating Sunny Sentiments Dies.   What fun these are. The stamps stamped beautifully right out of the packaging and the dies cut like butter ~ don't you love it when that happens?

I used this week's Mojo Monday Sketch #445:   MOJO445   I made my card into a regular A2 size card so it was easy for mailing.   This could easily be made into a 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" square card to mail in a regular envelope as well.

When I started my card I planned on making it an upright layout.. but then changed my mind.  I had the black piece already cut to 4 1/4" x 1 7/8", so I cut it in half and then cut the piece that I had cut 1 3/4" by..  not sure, but I hadn't cut it down to size yet.   I adhered the blue layer onto the black pieces. I then put the card base on my Scor-Buddy and used my Tim Holtz Ruler to make sure I had them straight.  After putting the top layers on top of these no one will know that they don't go all the way across the card.

When it got to doing the grass I used the die from the set. I die-cut a piece and then used the reverse side of the cutting and made a layer and then cut another. I layered them on top of each other. You could easily do only one or two instead of three.

MOJO444 "YOU ARE WAY AMAZING" card using MFT stamps/dies from TDLLC *W/MEASUREMENTS

Happy Thursday Everyone!!   I have another Guest Designer for Tupelo Designs LLC (use that link and I get points and you get 10% off your first order)  for you today.   I used some aaaammmmmmaaazzzzinnng!   stamps and dies for my card today.  These are from My Favorite Things and are called "Amazing" and the dies are "Doubly Amazing."

I die cut the word Amazing with Blue card stock as well as some fun foam and adhered the card stock piece onto the fun foam.  I love how it turned out.     This is so easy to do and the fun foam cuts like butter. I used Ranger Multi Matte Medium to attach the paper to the foam and the foam to the card.  That stuff is awesome.. ...   wait.. Amazing!!  haha

I took a picture from the side to show the dimension to the word.   I wish I had some foam the same color as the card stock, but didn't .. either way I really like how it looks.

I used this week's Mojo Monday Sketch #444:   MOJO444

Here are the measurements I used for the layers on the card.

SUPPLIES:

card stock: Navy, Red, Neenah White
pattern paper: Echo Park Petticoats & Pinstripes
stamps:  MFT Amazing
ink: Versafine Black
accessories:  Scor-Pal, Fun Foam, MFT Doubly Amazing Dies,  Embossing Folder, MFT Fishtail Flags dies, MFT Circle Stax dies, MFT Pierced Circle Stax, Ranger Multi Matte Medium and Foam Tape

OSAT Blog Hop ~ Tic Tac Toe "YOU'RE SO SPECIAL" card & ATC using Altenew Peony Bouquet **GIVEAWAY**

Happy Thursday~!  Welcome to this stop on the One Stamp At A Time Blog Hop. If you just came from Sara's Blog ~ you are in the right place. The theme this month is "Tic-Tac-Toe."      I am a Guest Designer for TupeloDesignsLLC (use that link and I get some points and you will get 10% off your first order) and have used some amazing stamps, dies and inks that I purchased from their site.  Isn't the Altenew Peony Bouquet stamps sooooo pretty! I used the coordinating dies and some of the Altenew cube inks.  **Supply list with links at bottom of post.

For the Tic Tac Toe ~ I went with straight across the middle.   I should tell you that I made my card and then realized that this was the theme this month and I was like "AHHHHHH!!" and lucked out when I seen that Glitter Pen which I used on my flowers and leaves, Dies which I used to die cut the flowers and leaves and Sequins that I used in my shaker card and on my ATC. ....... wipes brow happy that it all worked out in the end!

For my card I first inked up an MFT Wood Plank Background stamp using some light tan colored in and stamped it onto some vanilla/cream colored card stock.  I used some Lawn Fawn Rectangle Stackables to die cut the frame.   The Peony's were stamped using my Misti which makes inking these gorgeous stamps up so much easier.    I hadn't planned on making this a shaker card, it kinda just happened.   I had a packet of sequins that I had bought a while back. I decided to put all that I had left in.  I used double sided foam tape to build up the area under the frame, stamped the sentiment, attached it to the back of the frame and was ready to put the Peony and leaves on the card.   I used Scor-Tape on the leaves and Foam Tape on the Peony.  I used my Wink of Stella Glitter Pen to cover the Peony and Leaves and called it a day!

Next I set out to make an ATC.  I want to make some more of these to hand out to people I come in contact with who really are "the best!".   The black layer is 2 1/2" x 3 1/2".  I used some of the stamped card stock from the middle of the card to use on this ATC.   This weekend I am going to stamp a bunch more Peony's and then have them handy to make some  more.      I have a very busy weekend coming up but hope to make some more.

It's hard to take a picture of the shimmery on the flowers and leaves, hope this shows some of it.

"THE NICE NURSE IS ON VACATION" card using Art Impressions Get Well stamp set

I have another Guest Design Team Post for TupeloDesignsLLC.   I used some really fun stamps on this card.

Ha-Ha..  these Art Impressions People stamps crack me up.   These stamps are from the "Get Well" set.   I stamped the images with Versafine Black ink and colored them with some Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens. I bought both from TupeloDesignsLLC.

I stamped the images and then trimmed down the pieces, layered them onto some black card stock.  The  black layer on the stripes are 7/8" wide by 4 1/8", the white layers are 3/4" x 4.

The layers and pill bottles are all on Foam Tape for dimension.  I stamped the "Happy Pills" stamp all over on the light blue piece of card stock.

These are so much fun to color. The stamp set shows shading on the images, so you can follow along using the images are guidance.
